RETURNS:-

 

1) How to return damaged or faulty products?

The return process can be initiated from your account dashboard once you receive your purchased product within 7 days.

If you get a faulty or damaged product, please go to the dashboard & apply for  exchange/return and upload the photos of the damaged product within 24 hours after you receive the package.

It is mandatory to share photos of the damaged/ faulty product.

(Returns are not valid for complaints arising out of subjective assessment of leather quality that has natural patina and ageing on it)

We will assess the complaint and schedule a return pick-up of the damaged / faulty product once we get your email/notification.

Please return the product and its accessories in their original packaging.

Our quality team will check the product and initiate a full refund if it is approved.

Alternatively, you can also request for exchange of the damaged / faulty product with a new one.

Note -

1) In case our quality team disapproves the returned product under inspection, we will ship the product back to you without any refunds.

2) Refunds will be disapproved if the product is found to be misused, abused, altered, soiled or damaged due to improper use. 

3) If the damaged / faulty product sent to us passes through a quality test and if found in good working condition ,then all transport costs of the shipment back to you will be borne by you.

4) If return pick-up at certain locations are not serviced by our courier partners, you will have to ship the product back to us on a paid basis.

 

2) Received an incorrect product. How to return? 

Incorrect products delivered can only be exchanged for the correct one from the dashboard. 

Please go to your dashboard and apply for exchange filling all the required details.

Product exchange will be available only if the article is in stock. In such cases a similar product of same value may be offered to you as replacement or you may ask for the refund of the amount.

3) How soon will I get the refund?

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7 days from the receipt of the package at the warehouse.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 days from the receipt of the package at the warehouse.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Refund amount will be refunded to you as store credit.


4.) Can I check the strap by wearing it on my wrist ?

We want you to enjoy your watch strap!
Please note that to ensure quality, we recommend checking the strap without wearing it on your wrist.

If the strap's structure is altered due to being worn, it may be rejected for a refund during our quality check process.

5.) Can I return products if I don't like the style, colour or type?

No. We do not accept returns if you do not like the product for its appearance or specification. Kindly go through all the specifications & product photos on the product page to make an informed decision of purchase.

EXCHANGE:-

6.) Want to exchange the product?

If you want to exchange the purchased product with a variant of the same product, please go to the dashboard within 24 hours after receiving the package and apply for exchange.  

Methods of exchange: - 

You can exchange the product with a new one if you have received a damaged or incorrect product.

We will arrange a reverse pick-up for the damaged/incorrect product.

Once received, our QC team will check the product and proceed to ship the new product/correct product.

Product exchange is available only for the same product type or its variation.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION :-

7.) How much time do I have to cancel the order after placing it?

Orders will have to be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

 

8.) How soon will I get the refund after order cancellation?

Refunds will take 7- 10   days to reflect in your account once the refund is approved.

9.) What is the refund policy for order cancellation?

Refund is approved, only if the package is not handed over for shipping. 

Your orders are planned for dispatch within two business working days of order receipt.

 

10.) What is the refund policy if the shipping address is incorrect?

Refund can be initiated by the customer in case delivery is unsuccessful after two failed delivery attempts by our logistics partner due to incorrect delivery address.

The charges for delivery /pickup attempts by logistics will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund can be initiated by the customer in case delivery is unsuccessful after two failed delivery attempts by our logistics partner due to unavailability of recipient.

The charges for delivery /pickup attempts by logistics will be deducted from the refund amount.
